This March, we’re celebrating the best of the Pacific with a thoughtfully crafted wine pairing menu. Choose from seared Hokkaido scallop, broiled miso sablefish, or double smoked bacon arctic char — each paired beautifully with either a California Pinot Noir or a Canadian Pinot Gris. Available for the month of March only.
