Tony D'Alessandro is the Director of Food Beverage at Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel. His passion for food starts with his Italian cultural background.

Tony brings passion, expertise, and authentic Italian hospitality to his role as Director of Food and Beverage at Sheraton Guildford, a position he has held since 2021.

Rooted in his Italian cultural heritage, Tony’s love for food goes beyond the plate — it’s about creating memorable experiences and fostering genuine connections. His affectionate leadership style has guided the Mixt, Kitchen, and Banquet teams through significant transitions, including a comprehensive rebranding, navigating job action, and an exciting upcoming renovation project.

Before joining Sheraton Guildford, Tony owned and operated his own restaurant, which became a beloved neighborhood destination. That hands-on experience taught him the importance of community, quality, and service — values he now channels into elevating Mixt and the entire food and beverage program to new heights.

After leaving his restaurant, Tony started his Journey in the Hotel sector with two of the largest convention-style hotels, The Westin Bayshore and the Sheraton Wall Centre. This led him to the Iconic Sutton Place Hotel, where he helped drive and maintain its five-diamond reputation and service.

With Tony at the helm, guests can expect exceptional dining experiences infused with warmth, authenticity, and the kind of care that only comes from someone who truly loves what they do.
