Mixed for the season

2026 Fall • Winter Menu

Fall and winter are all about contrast, and so is our menu. Sweet meets savoury, comfort meets fresh, and classic favourites get a playful twist. Whether you’re settling in with a bowl of something warm or sharing plates with friends, Mixt Seasons is a menu that mixes it up, just like us.
Fraser Valley to Your Table

This season, MIXT Lobby Lounge celebrates the farms, fisheries, and makers that surround us. From Fraser Valley produce to Pacific Northwest steelhead, our Fall & Winter menu brings local ingredients to the table in dishes made for cooler days. Every plate is a nod to the community we call home, from the first spoonful of soup to the last bite of dessert.

Half Roasted Chicken: Golden, crisp-skinned chicken made for two, with charred focaccia to mop up the Dijon jus.

New Mains

Three new mains made for cooler days: a golden roasted chicken to share, a 24-hour braised shortrib, and duck confit gnocchi in a creamy tomato sauce. Slow-cooked, generous, and made for settling in.

Braised Beef Shortrib: 24 hours of slow braising, fork-tender and finished with rich veal demi-glace.
Basque Cheesecake

New sweet note

Finish the evening on a sweet note. Our Basque Cheesecake is brûléed for a caramelized top and served with a dark chocolate sauce, rich and creamy with a hint of bittersweet. The Maple Panna Cotta is silky and delicately set, made with vanilla bean infused maple syrup and topped with seasonal fruit compote, oat crumble, and candied pecan.

Basque Cheesecake

Creamy, custardy, and brûléed until the top is caramelized and just a little bit burnt, the way it should be. Served with a dark chocolate sauce for a rich, bittersweet finish.

Maple Panna Cotta

Silky vanilla bean panna cotta infused with maple syrup, layered with seasonal fruit compote, crunchy oat crumble, and candied pecan. Cozy, balanced, and not too sweet.
